Francis had a distinguished football career with the New England Patriots and the San Francisco 49ers, totaling 393 receptions, 5,262 yards, and 40 touchdowns. After football, he pursued his passion for flying, running a charter service in Hawaii and becoming president of Lake Placid Airways.
